It is understood that many employers include mandatory arbitration clauses to resolve internal disputes outside of court. Let me use my decades of experience to help your company and employees.
I am a neutral arbitrator with almost 20 years of experience resolving disputes through fair, efficient, and confidential arbitration processes. As an impartial and highly responsive arbitrator, I offer:

Fees of $2,000 for document review only up to 5 hours. $450/hour after 5 hours. Hearing $2,500 plus $450/hour for decision. Please upload the initial $2,000 on this site regardless of type of arbitration (document only or hearing).
